1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bn33.club ("bn33", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product, service, or feature offered through the bn33.club website and associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process and creating an account on bn33, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

bn33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by email.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of bn33 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bn33 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance pending withdrawal.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of bn33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. bn33 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law must not register or use the Platform.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be subject to any order, judgment, or restriction preventing you from engaging in online gambling activities.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bn33 or any recognised responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or use.

bn33 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account found to be non-compliant with these requirements, with or without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of bn33, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bn33. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. bn33 may merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any third party. bn33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security.
• KYC verification: bn33 may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. You agree to promptly provide requested identity documents, which may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method documentation.
• Account currency: All bn33 accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This currency selection is fixed at registration and cannot be changed after the account is created.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. bn33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, subject to a processing fee.

4.2 Processing time. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your bn33 balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. bn33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. bn33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Bonus balances. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus wagering that meet the applicable requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

4.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate bn33 transaction is a breach of these Terms. bn33 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account pending investigation and to pursue recovery of any chargeback amounts through available legal means.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed through bn33 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.

5.2 Bet acceptance. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the bn33 system. bn33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrectly displayed odds, where a bet has been placed after an event has concluded, or where the bet is suspected to involve fraudulent or irregular activity.

5.3 Errors and technical issues. In the event of a system malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a gaming session, any unsettled bets will be settled according to the state of play at the time of the incident, as determined by bn33's system records. bn33 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.4 Live betting. In-play betting markets close at the point determined by bn33's trading systems. Any bets placed after a market has closed will be void. Live odds are subject to rapid change and the odds displayed at the time of bet placement govern the payout, not odds displayed after confirmation.

5.5 Results. The results used to settle bets are taken from official sources as determined by bn33. In the case of cricket, results are sourced from the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). bn33's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject to the dispute process described in these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bn33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have met the applicable eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed, including age verification and deposit requirements.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The required wagering amount and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• bn33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or irregular betting patterns.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Where a player is eligible for multiple active promotions, they must select one to apply unless combination is specifically permitted.
• Bonus winnings derived from free spins or other non-deposit bonuses may be subject to additional maximum withdrawal limits as stated in the specific promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bn33 Platform. A breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in matched betting through the bn33 Platform in a manner designed to abuse promotional terms.
• Sharing account credentials with, or allowing access to your bn33 account by, any third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward bn33 staff, support agents, or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bn33 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of bn33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written permission of bn33.

The bn33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bn33. You must not use these marks in connection with any product or service that could cause confusion or discredit to bn33.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• bn33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• bn33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from server downtime, data loss, network failures, or delays in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• bn33's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your account in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.
• bn33 is not responsible for the content, security, or accuracy of any third-party websites linked to or referenced on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

bn33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the PKR amount you may deposit. Limits take effect immediately and may only be reduced during any active cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set reminders that activate after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected period. Players may request self-exclusion by accessing their account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

bn33 takes all self-exclusion requests seriously. If you believe your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and seek assistance from a recognised support organisation. bn33 accounts belonging to players who have confirmed problem gambling issues will not have their self-exclusion reversed, regardless of the period selected.

Players aged 18+ only. All persons accessing the Platform confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bn33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Irregular betting patterns that suggest match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or promotion exploitation.
• A valid self-exclusion request by the account holder.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bn33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the date of last revision noted at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where changes are material — such as those affecting your rights to withdraw funds, eligibility requirements, or dispute resolution procedures — bn33 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bn33 is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or any other aspect of your account, you must first contact bn33's customer support team in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. bn33 will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of bn33's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory or alternative dispute resolution body as directed by bn33's licensing authority.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
